After a year of use in the dishwasher, no problem with the wooden handle knife! Neither the blade nor the handle. Compared to this, a stainless steel blade with a stainless steel rostfrei inox label, bought for almost $ 4,000 from a large Austrian multinational company, started to get badly rusty after about 2 uses.
