I wanted to buy an hour, I found one that I liked. Unfortunately, the seller's style is not very kind, or it was not helpful at all. So I chose to buy elsewhere.

I bought a watch for my couple a few months ago ... I went in purposefully, I knew what watch I wanted to buy ... the lady was very helpful, she showed several kinds and since I also wanted to engrave on the back of the watch it also helped ... days later I went back and bought the watch I looked for but there was another lady for sale, helpful on the level.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it to anyone. 1. My couple wanted to shop here after I had already bought 2 watches and 2 bracelets here as well. They were phlegmatic and contemptuous. Yet he was looking for a specific product, which he was, and indicated his intention to buy. 2. After point 1, I was with him, it happens that someone has a bad day. After that, I had a problem with one of the watches I bought here, unfortunately after the warranty, I brought it here to see if they could help. They don't know what to do here, take it to their service. I was wondering about this because this is usually done by the company but I say okay. In a service station, they say that unfortunately you have to break the bottle in front of them to be able to do it. The following dialogue took place: Me: The trouble is, it has sapphire crystal on it. Service: It's not. Me: But it is. Service: Me? It is written on it? No. Yes, but here. Then it is. They did it, I go for it, I look at it: it’s still not good, I tell them, a little in the middle of jaw cuts but it did. Not even 1 month passed, the bottle fell out of place. I also set it aside so that they might do it for me elsewhere then. 3. After the previous 2 points I thought of a battery replacement so they can be trusted. I was wrong. I go in, the lady is talking to her girlfriend, her girlfriend’s stuff on the table, I tell them that at this hour (which was in my hand, it’s not the clock mentioned in point 2, it’s still falling apart in her box) I want to change items. Well, they can't here. Yet I have a specific memory that batteries have already been exchanged here, and even the originality of the watch has been examined. His girlfriend and his conversation must have been more interesting than me and my class. My lessons: 1.) if I want to buy a watch do not here, because they look down anyway, as if it is wrong to want to buy. 2.) if you have a problem with the watch, they will help here anyway. 3.) but only if the battery is simply depleted will they not help if they are just talking.
