Panelekben gondolkodnak. Nem jó a kazán: vagy a panel, vagy a mágnesszelep nem jó. Az a javítás, hogy cseréljük ki a panelt, fizessem ki az alkatrészt és a munkadíjat. Ha megsem az a baja, akkor kicserélik a mágnesszelepet is és annak a munkadíját. Viszont a panelt nem cserélik vissza és kedvezményt sem adnak a szerelési díjból.
