Martial Science is the study of movement. The science aspect of the paradigm we dab into psychology, physiology, kinesiology, sociology, ecology, archeology, spirituality and world history from ancient times til present. Back in 2004 our head instructor traveled abroad to study a concept that was found in all martial arts. The concept is taught at the highest levels in all martial arts. At the end of every workout we sit in a circle and share what we’ve learned, our failures and most importantly, what our take away is and how we can improve as a person and our circumstances and that of our brother and sister in training.
