Körülményesek nem írják fel az elérhetőségünket inkább adminisztráltatják a potenciális vevőt. "Hálókalkulátor" van a honlapjukon de az nem kalkulál semmit, sőt híbás, mert olyan anyagra is lehetne kalkuláltatni ami telefonos konzultáció szerint nincs a palettájukon.
They do not respond to a written request, they are not supposed to have received it, and a phone call is the answer to ask for a written offer. Circumstances do not specify our availability, rather they administer the potential buyer. There is a "Net Calculation Calculator" on their web site, but it does not calculate anything, or even debugging, because it could be calculated on the basis of a telephone consultation that is not on their palette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hetek óta próbálom őket elérni, párszor sikerült, de azóta semmi! .... se válasz, se kolléga telefon hívása, pedig ígérték. Biztos nem fontos nekik a megrendelésem, hogy hetek óta várom a hívásukat. Bosszantó, hogy egy ekkora cég, magánembert ki sem "szolgál" .....
I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks, I’ve succeeded a few times, but nothing since! .... neither answering nor calling a colleague on the phone, though they promised. It certainly doesn’t matter to them my order that I’ve been waiting for their call for weeks. It is annoying that a company of this size does not "serve" a private person .....
