I rarely talk to you in such places, but I feel if management reads a little together. Serving is not the top. The appetizer was delicious, though I would add that in front of the building, "cooked" food from the kitchen ..... (this was found elsewhere in the area) After eating our soups after about 20 minutes of waiting, we gave up and left the place because the main course did not really want to arrive, which is not really justified by the number of guests. Another comment on staff. Behind the building, they sniffed the digestive (obviously they can't do it), but when they discovered the typical smell that a delicious dinner / lunch wouldn't be consumed by anyone with good taste, instead of inviting guests sitting outside, one of the waiters told me "I'll close it the door is because it is very smelly. ". A family at another table (with two kids) left for attentive service.

DOBOGÓKŐ PLATÁN PENSION, RESTAURANT! The quality of service and food is below criticism! My family and I went to dinner at the restaurant of Pension Platán. We arrived at the restaurant just before 7pm, so we started by asking if we could order this more food because we know the kitchen is open until 7pm. The waiter said yes as there were several tables outside of us. The order was also cumbersome as almost everything ran out of the menu, saying there were a lot of people that day. A few minutes after ordering the food, a woman hitherto unknown to us came up to us to pay her number because they were closing. We said okay, but we didn't even get the food and we wanted to order dessert and we signaled this to the waiter. The Lady's face seemed to dislike the thing, but she took note of it. We ordered as an appetizer: 3 Garlic soup in loaf, 1 Tarragon game, 1 King Matthias pleased in loaf, 1 Broth is rich The waiter said there was no loaf in the restaurant, so we could only get it in a cup. A few minutes later, he said that only one of the 7 soups on the menu was available in King Matthias' Loaf, which of course we got without loaf. By then we found the thing a little interesting .. but we ordered 5 servings of soup that was cold. It didn't go easy when ordering the main dishes either .. I wouldn't add much to it .. The waiter brought out the food one by one 5 to 7 minutes apart, we didn't understand what to wait as one of the 3 identical peach chicken breasts was already on our table for two but we had to wait another 10 minutes. Needless to say, by the time everyone got the food the rest had cooled. Surprised by the trout, I noticed that I was getting rice instead of parsley potatoes, I asked the waiter what the reason was, he literally said, “The cook says it’s more harmonious with what I got.” I think this is the joke category! Lest I have the chef decide for me or anyone else paying guests what I want to eat !? I think the only reason was that it ran out. And the mashed potatoes were bagged! Of the roughly 10 meals ordered, 8 were not available! A few more things .. The Beer we got a month ago has expired! The invoice we received included the food ordered for the first time, which of course we did not receive .. it was not modified. No APEH invoice was brought. They said we didn't have to pay for the dessert for the inconvenience .. and then I indicated that I would like to pay for it, plus what we ordered, but I refuse the service, but I ask for your number because what you brought is not good! The lady at the front desk indicated in an unqualified, peasant style that we were glad they were served because there is only a kitchen until 7 p.m. (I would note here that before we sat down, we started with this, isn't this going to be a problem that we want to eat ?!) My father already said that maybe he could take it back from his face mainly because they stayed in the boarding house there! He then told me to give me his boss number if I wanted to call him something. There is something to polish on his behavior and explain to him that we are the guests, we pay for it because we consume there and for sure, so we expect respect! If we don't we won't have a job !!! Shouting reflects the most primitive village style of the lady! I’ve never had such a bad experience before, I don’t recommend the place to anyone! Also, the final amount between the two accounts is not correct for the second number either!

When we go up for a hike to Dobogókő we always come here to eat at the end of our walk. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant as the cauldrons lined the road, soups, stews roasted in them. On the outdoor terrace, it is good to eat a plate of hot food, and the service staff is attentive and quick. The food is delicious and plentiful, the goods are acceptable. Guest friendly restaurant, here I feel good, I always come with a good taste and I know I can come here again.

The place was frustrating for me. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the quality of the mattress. The bathroom was shocked by the ruined room. A dilapidated socialist room. The tap could not be closed. The shelf under the mirror hung so nothing could be done about it. The washbasin is cracked. The worn shower tray, along with the surrounding nylon, only lifted the sight. But the stinking drain in the middle of the bathroom made the point. As it no longer fulfilled its original function, we had to keep the window open at all times during our stay because it smelled of unbearable urine. A few words about the restaurant: The tea water requested for breakfast was just lukewarm. The cheese was not melted in the hot sandwich. The parsley fries requested for dinner were semi-raw. We booked four nights months in advance but on the morning of the second day we decided to go home. It is incomprehensible to me how such a dilapidated accommodation can be rented out in today’s world. Even in the "curse" it would have been gas ... !!!
