Egy másik számról hívva elsőre sikerült felvenni a kapcsolatot, ahol helyszíni szemlére sikerült időpontot egyeztetni. Az adott napon 2x próbáltam őket hívni, nem jelentek meg, nem hívtak vissza, se aznap, se azóta. Ha nincs szabad kapacitás, ajánlott volna felvenni a telefont és közölni: "elénézést nem tudjuk vállalni" és akkor én sem várok feleslegesen. Biztosan jól végzik a munkájukat, de a kommunikáción volna mit javítani. Egy ilyen eset elgondolkodtatott mi történhet később garanciális probléma esetén, így végül nem is próbálkoztam tovább, másik cég mellett döntöttem. I tried to call them twice that day, they didn’t show up, they didn’t call me back, neither that day nor since. If there is no free capacity, it would be advisable to pick up the phone and say, "we can't take a sip" and then I won't wait unnecessarily either. They are certainly doing a good job, but there is room for improvement in communication. Such a case made me wonder what might happen later in the event of a warranty problem, so in the end I didn’t even try again, I decided on another company.
