★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves hely. Be lehet menni a kapunk körbe nézni, meg felmászni a belső kerítésre és onnan szétnézni. Tetszik Csopakon ezeknek a kis helyeknek szép és jó fenntartása. Isteni a füge fa gyümölcse.
Nice place. You can go in to look around our gate, climb up the inner fence and look out from there. I like Csopak to keep these little places nice and good. Divine fruit of fig tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Szent Miklós tiszteletére épült templom első említése 1363-ból származik, de az épület már ennél régebben is állt. 1548-ban a törökök Csopakot és Kövesdet a többi Balaton-felvidéki településsel együtt felégették, a kövesdi templomról 1550-ből ismert az utolsó feljegyzés, egy 1783-as térképen már “puszta” templomként jelzik. Régészeti helyreállítását 1966-ban végezték el, azóta látogatható, közösségi események színhelye.
The first mention of the church built in honor of St. Nicholas dates back to 1363, but the building has stood for a long time. In 1548, the Turks burned Csopak and Kövesd together with the other settlements in the Balaton Uplands. Its archaeological restoration was carried out in 1966 and has since been a venue for community events.
