N	Nikolett Bella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 éves gyerekemnek 40 fokos láza lett az éjjel, másnap ünnepnap lévén a gyerekorvos nem rendelt, ez teljesen érthető, ezért felhívtam az ügyeletet, hogy megvizsgálnák-e a gyereket, vagy legalább írnának-e neki egy receptet, mert a nem vényköteles gyógyszerünk nem használt. A hihetetlenül arrogáns asszisztensnő úgy beszélt velem, ahogy máshol a kutyával se szokás, megkérdezte, hogy "és mit tudnánk itt csinálni vele, még egy napja sem lázas! Vegyen másik gyógyszert, van elég amihez nem kell recept." Ajánlott egy elég erős gyógyszert, amin meglepődtem, hogy recept nélkül kapható, és a meglepettségből adódóan visszakérdeztem, hogy " az nem vényköteles?". Na a jóasszonynak több sem kellett, ezt úgy fogta fel, hogy a hozzáértését kérdőjelezem meg, én a buta földi halandó a vonal másik végéről, aki feltételezte, hogy egy orvosi ügyeleten tudnak mit kezdeni egy rosszul lévő lázas gyerekkel, legalább annyit, hogy firkantanak egy receptet, szóval jól megkaptam a magamét. A hölgynek jószándékkal ajánlom, keressen valami olyan munkát ami által még csak emberek közelébe sem kerül, mert a stílusa miatt egy zsák krumpli közelébe sem engedném, nemhogy beteg, kiszolgáltatott emberek közé. Szomorú, mert nekem a soproni kórházzal csak jó tapasztalataim voltak, minden osztályt beleértve, leszámítva ezt az esetet. My 2 year old child had a fever of 40 degrees at night, the next day as a holiday the pediatrician did not order, this is completely understandable, so I called the emergency department to see if they would examine the child or at least write him a prescription because our non-prescription medicine is not used. The incredibly arrogant assistant spoke to me like he does with the dog elsewhere, asking, "and what can we do here with him, not even a day's fever! Take another medicine, there's enough for which no prescription is needed." He recommended a fairly strong drug that I was surprised that it was available without a prescription, and out of surprise I asked back, "isn't it prescription?". Well, the benefactor didn't need more, he grasped this by questioning his competence, I was the silly earthly mortal from the other end of the line who assumed they knew what to do with a sick feverish child at a medical service, at least by scribbling a recipe, so I got myself well. I recommend to the lady, with good intentions, to look for a job that doesn’t even bring her near people, because because of her style, I wouldn’t let her near a bag of potatoes, let alone among sick, vulnerable people. It is sad because I only had a good experience with the hospital in Sopron, including all departments except this case.

Az érzéstelenítő inyekciót alig éreztem, a fogamat pedig, kb 15 másodperc alatt kihúzta a doktor úr. Gyors, hatékony munkát végzet, nagyon meg voltam elégedve a modorukkal és szakértelmükkel egyaránt. I went to the on-call dentistry without registering, the assistant lady was kind, the doctor as well. I barely felt the anesthetic injection, and my teeth were pulled out by the doctor in about 15 seconds. He does a fast, efficient job, I was very pleased with both their manners and their expertise.

K	K I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szombati napon be kellett mennem az ügyeletre, mivel nem éreztem jól magam. Rajtam kívül nem volt senki, de így is kb. 2 órát kellett várni. Miután bekerültem végre a egy nagyon arrogáns doktornő volt ott. Nagyon arrogánsan beszélt, velem. Eddig még soha nem beszélt velem egyetlen orvos sem. Nem kívánom senkinek sem, hogy egy orvos ilyen arrogánsan és lekezelően beszéljen vele. Megalázva éreztem magam a stílusa miatt. Segítséget nem kaptam, egy megnyugtató szó nem jött ki a száján. Az emberek nem szórakozásból mennek az ügyeletre, hanem, hogy segítsenek rajta, hiszen erre tették fel az esküjüket. I had to go to the emergency room on Saturday because I wasn’t feeling well. No doctor has ever talked to me before. I don’t want anyone to have a doctor talk to him so arrogantly and condescendingly. I felt humiliated for his style. I didn’t get help, a word of reassurance didn’t come out of his mouth. People do not go to the emergency room for fun, but to help with it, as they have taken their oath to do so.

Sajnos 3 csengetés és pár perc várakozás után sem mutatkozott senki és semmi, ami biztos, hogy a váróban nem volt senki és síri csend volt. Ezután nem tudtunk többet várni, hogy valaki méltóztatik kinézni, ezért a csecsemőosztályhoz mentünk, ahol megkaptuk a megfelelő ellátást és felvették osztályra a kis beteget. Kedves? kollégák! Ezt így nem csinálhatják! Ez számomra a cserbenhagyást kimeríti és súlyosan büntetendő! Tessék elolvasni a véleményeket, csak a fogászat miatt nem egyes, ami ugye nem az önök munkáját dícséri és levonni a konzekvenciát is!
