Ahelyett, hogy megkínált volna egy árajánlattal, ingyenes tanácsot adott ami alapján otthon megjavult a probléma. Nagyon korrekt volt, csak őt fogom keresni a továbbiakban, ritka az ilyen korrekt szerviz.
