The office was helpfull with every little problem. Highly recommended

They (Maniv BP) did not return my deposit, no explaining the reasons!!! VERY unprofessional service, it's ridiculous.

" and she added "Im trying to keep safe all the families and people who goes there".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a student, I was looking to rent an apartment in the city within a certain price range. The management team at Maniv showed me multiple apartments they thought would suit me until we found the right one.
When something broke down in the apartment they sent a handyman the same day to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company, they don't give you deposit when checking out and they said they will give you within 15 days and then you have to send them a bunch of emails to ask for it. They just give it to u (you are lucky if you even get it back because I heard many people never got their deposits) deducted by some crazy amounts for cleaning and utilities and I left the apartment clean and the amount that I had to pay for utilities was crazy high in the end. Would never rent from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning, the team were professional , helpful and friendly, very accommodating.The communication was super easy, furthermore they explained everything very clearly. One of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places. The flat was beautiful, and had everything, (and lots of lovely touches / design), close to awesome bars and restaurants.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, they never answer the phone and take a long time to respond to emails even if it's an emergency. Also took at least 8 weeks of emails and phone calls after we moved out to get the deposit back. (it was supposed to be 20 days in the contract)
