★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felszerelt, kulturált rendelő, sajnos kicsit kicsi váróval, de annál több ellátásra szoruló kedvenccel. A doki bácsi, akihez tartozunk kedves és figyelmes, és alapos is. A 2 óra rendelési idő nem elég mindenkire, aki sorba áll, így állandó a túlóra.
Amit hiányolok: kártyás fizetési lehetőség, mert nehéz előre megjósolni, mennyibe is fog kerülni a kezelés.
 Equipped, cultured surgery, unfortunately with a bit of a small waiting room, but with more pets in need of care. Uncle Doc, to whom we belong, is kind and attentive, and thorough. The 2 hour ordering time is not enough for everyone who is queuing up, so constant overtime.
What I am missing is a card payment option because it is difficult to predict how much the treatment will cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon hosszú a várakozási idő. A macskámat vittem volna oltatni még kb 1 éve, aki 1 óra után nyilván megunta a banánt és bestresszelt. Az orvos benyúlt a hordozóba és a nyakánál fogva kihúzta. Mivel nincs hozzászokva az ilyesfajta bánásmódhoz, megvadult. Próbálta lefogni, majd betekerni egy törölközőbe, amitől csak mégjobban felhúzta magát és karmolt/harapott. Akkor az orvos rám szólt, hogy engedjem el, hagy szaladjon (?).
Fél perc alatt lenyugodott a macska a kezemben, aztán közölte, hogy ne haragudjak, ő nem meri beoltani.
Halkan jegyzem meg, utána máshol fél perc alatt beoltották és még csak le sem kellett fogni.
The waiting time is very long. I would have taken my cat to vaccinate for about 1 more year, who after 1 hour was obviously tired of bananas and bestressed. The doctor reached into the carrier and pulled it by the neck. Unaccustomed to this kind of treatment, he went wild. He tried to grab it and then wrap it in a towel, which only made him pull up and scratch / bite. Then the doctor told me to let him go, let him run (?).
In half a minute, the cat calmed down in my hand, then told me not to be angry, he didn’t dare vaccinate me.
I note it softly, then it was vaccinated elsewhere in half a minute and I didn’t even have to be caught.
