★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szolnokon nagyon sok kedves, bronzból keszült, úgynevezett zsánerszobor van a köztereken. Ez is az egyik ilyen a Kossuth téren (4 szobor a téren: Fiú kutyával, Gördeszkás fiú, Kövön ülő kislány babával és a Fiatal pár, farmerban).
A kozterkep.hu szerint ennek a szobornak a pontos neve "Fiú kutyával", 140 cm méretű két alakos szobrot a főtér átadásakor állították fel 2008-ban.
Kligl Sándor szegedi szobrászművész alkotása.
 Szolnok has a lot of lovely bronze statues in the public spaces. This is one of them on Kossuth Square (4 statues on the square: Boy with dog, Skateboard boy, Little girl sitting on stone and Young couple in jeans).
According to kozterkep.hu, the exact name of this statue is "Boy with a Dog", a 140 cm two-figure statue erected at the opening of the main square in 2008.
