A projekt tartalmának bemutatása:
Jelen projekt keretein belül az étterem épületének energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg, mellyel a működés energiahatékonnyá válik, állandó költségeink csökkennek, tevékenységünk hosszú távon fenntarthatóvá válik.
A tervezett beruházás során korszerű, egyedi hőszigetelt nyílászárók beépítése valósul meg. A meglévő kazán helyett új kondenzációs gázkazán kerül beépítésre a fűtési rendszer hőellátására, emellett a hőleadói oldalon új termosztatikus szelepekkel és szabályzóval ellátott radiátorok kerülnek telepítésre. A használati-melegvíz készítését átfolyós vízmelegítő berendezés fogja ellátni. A jelenlegi izzókat energiatakarékos LED világítótestekre cseréljük. Az épület áramfogyasztását megújuló energia felhasználásával kívánjuk fedezni, ennek érdekében napelemeket helyezünk el az étterem tetőfelületén.

The garden and the interior are also very cozy. The service and prices were fine. It was the first time for me, but I think I’ll be back to try other foods as I liked what I’ve experienced so far.
