★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, AVOID! I tried to make an appointment to buy a wedding dress and they said I have to pay 35 euros non refundable to enter their store basically. Extremely terrible service particularly as their website quotes "Our prize-winning salon is completely free of charge! "
I challenged the above and Ilona said it is because they are very busy. If you carry on trying to make money of potential future clients like this, I am sure you wont be busy for much longer.
I think you forget you are busy because of your current and future clients- maybe learn to treat them better. At the end of the day I would have been there to by a dress and spend money on you.
Very poor and pretty embarrassing all in all for a store that pretends to be high class!

The service was exceptional, they were very helpful, so I ended up buying my dream dress from them! Thank you so much! What a lovely surprise you were! I can't wait now for my wedding day!

The ladies there took an excellent care of me and accommodated my crazy appointment requests all the time as I was traveling between Dublin and Budapest all the time. I had the most beautiful dress I could wish for and I received the nicest compliments. Thank you so much for making my day even nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted my wedding dress from Pronovias which is a Spanish brand, and I found La Mariée who has a wide range of this brand and also many other beautiful brands. On my trying day, the ladies helped me to find the perfect dress. Unfortunately, my wedding was postponed due to covid, but they were very helpful and kept my reservation. We had rescheduled the rental date twice since the pandemic, and finally I could wear this gorgeous dress. The quality of the dress and the service they provided were fantastic. Im so happy that I found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know about the others, i saw some good reviews and that makes me believe that it was a bad day for the customer service employees. There is only one girl who speaks english and she can’t stay only with you. The other girls speaks only hungarian and i couldn’t understand a word. On the instagram they say that you have to book an appoitmant and you can stay more than an hour, well.. not really. After about 45 minutes they told us to leave because they have to take the lunch brake and after that they have other customers.. not so pleaseant when you have to wake early, drive 300km and in less than an hour you have to leave.. i really wanted to get a dress, i couldn’t, so .. from me, only 2 stars
