Terribly slow service, food quality is unfortunately low. Our hopes were high based on the reviews, but great disappointment. The waitress on the other hand was very nice, hence the 2 stars.

Good food with great service. We went here with our extended family, including several young children. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to keep the kids happy by bringing their food early and accommodating off-menu orders. The atmosphere was warm and lent to us having a great family dinner. If you're looking for a quality meal in Cegled, I highly recommend Toscana.

Nice little restaurant. I struggle to define what style cuisine it offers, since it seems to be a mixture of many different flavours. All in all, I liked what I had. The pink seared duck breast was exquisite, with its delicate gravy, and the gnocchi with walnut and spring onion that came with it were an interesting new taste, albeit a little too oily for some unknown reason. The mis-en-bouche was again a little intense (pork cream), with a smokey and fatty note. The dessert was a white chocolate reduction with red fruit ragout and it was quite nice. I would not say it is worth driving long distances to come eat here, but if you are in the area, this is definitely one of the best options and you may find something for almost every taste, from Italian pastas to steaks and cutlets, up to some more traditional local cuisine, somewhat reinterpreted. If you like your meat "well-done", then you may want to stick to vegetarian options, as they are (rightly) quite adamant that certain cuts of meat may never be cooked through.
