Totally divernd than what we us to get in Hungary.
Very nice atmosphere and excellent food.
High quality and very tasty not the "standard" food.
Also the people were very friendly and helpful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first place I ate in Tokaj and didn't let me down. The staff were so friendly and helpful with wine pairing suggestions. If was my first time having perch and it was great. The food they serve and the presentation is on par with top restaurants in London.

The food is awesome I have to say. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, neat and clean environment. Although they don’t have the English menu, but they will introduce and recommend you in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute restaurant in the middle of the village of Tokaj. Reading the reviews, I expected a fantastic restaurant but was honestly was not too amazed. Food was good but not too special. They mixed up the wines they served and I was not satisfied with their choice of recommendation. Nevertheless the service was very friendly and tried their best and the atmosphere was charming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LaBor Bistro was a very pleasant surprise, where you expect okayish things but get an experience which is at the higher end of the dining spectrum.
Cheers to our waiter who was elegant, professional and very polite.
Cheers to the chef and the whole kitchen crew who provided dishes in a timely manner which were excellent in both taste and looks.
You can also taste local wines (of course) and local beer as well. BAZ brewery has excellent pilsner and whitbier on the palette.
Man, I fell in love!
It is not a cheap place, but you get quality for your bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an oriental soup on beef cheeks and "Labor" schnitzel. The soup was very aromatic and had a strong taste, which I found appealing. The schnitzel was "ok", nothing extraordinary. I have to mention that you are informed that waiting time could be long (I waited approx. 30mins) and in case of eating in, you are charged additional 10%.
