On December 13th I ordered a Urgent Tektron S3 CI padded safety boot, the next day I received the email that it was 7-15 days for delivery because it was shipped from a foreign warehouse, I was expecting a good order without a word (although I think it would be appropriate to indicate on the website that there is no in stock and not a few days delivery time). Then on the 16th I received the next e-mail to be shipped .., well I say it went fast, we picked it up on the 17th on Friday, we can see that it's not even the boots, but a Portwest that might even look similar in color also on it black-lemon (if the buyer does not notice ..) well but I noticed, I also call the lady, well her colleague made a mistake, confused with this, but nothing wrong on Monday sent by courier this will bring it .., (good okay make a mistake human thing .., I thought) also came to the courier, but did not bring me anything. I'll call the lady again, who almost didn't know what it was all about, I'll tell her what happened again, so she'll call her colleague about where the boots are ... ) na now what do we do .., I told him to send a courier to take him back, and my money will be returned, and then in the evening I will send my details by e-mail. When I got home from work in the evening, I didn't email any more, I was looking for boots on the net, it might be 2000 ft more expensive on the net, I don't care, once I ordered Urgen I would ask, all the more so, my previous order was 62,300 ft, so this is not the first time I have ordered from here, but next time I think twice it is worth ordering anything from here, as I hear back from more and more friends that they are not sending what they ordered. I even regret that it is not possible to write the opinion under the boots on the website, I already doubt that they were real opinions… Oh, a guarantee for it nowhere, no paper, I didn't get anything, so if we bought safety boots in the store min. there was a one year warranty on it, nothing here, but even on the website I can't find anything about it… and yes I'm wrong human thing, mix 2 boots, but lie on it already .......... The delivery of the ordered product has been a bit delayed but anyone who watches TV can see what is going on abroad and I worry the stuff is not sewn in the store. Dear telephone customer service, I was also told about the warranty, I need the invoice for the warranty. I guessed I wouldn't get a service book next to the shoes and pants. :) The jacket got a good warm, a little big but I'll grow into it during the holidays. :) Keep it up!

Good little shop. There are plenty of shoes to choose from. Not so much in pants, but can be ordered. They bring it from another store if needed. The seller was very normal and helpful. He turned everything upside down to help. And it made sense. Be as feature rich as possible to match both color and size to really do everything the seller has done.

If the foreign supplier partner is late, they will notify you by phone. Their attitude is flexible, even if they made a mistake, they corrected it. (They're just people too) We are not disappointed with the quality of the products, they bring the expected delivery time. I have to note here that we do hard physical work, the use of clothes and boots is high. I want to buy from here in the future as well. We wish the store employees more good work. Hi. We have already bought my couple work clothes and shoes several times. The sizes were always right. There was nothing wrong with the quality either, we got exactly what was described. Delivery is fast. We last ordered it on Saturday and we got the shoes on Tuesday. We will buy here again. Thank You. :))

The trousers ordered were 2-3 times larger than indicated in the size chart, and the replacement products ordered on December 9 have not been able to be delivered after 25 working days. (According to their website, 3-15 business days.) Neither an email nor a phone is what's wrong. I called them so I don't think it's okay to say so much to wait patiently…
