Az alkatrész utánpótlást 3 nap alatt mindíg megoldották az egyébb kéréseimmel együt. Az ügyfél kapcsolatuk és a hozzáálásuk példás. Az igényeimet mindíg tiszteletben tartották és rugalmasan kezelték. Szóval az én esetemben nincs negatívum. Kitünő csapat. Ez úton is köszönök mindet, sok sikert a jövőben is. Én biztosan nem váltok egyenlőre márka kereskedőt. Ültek a pult mögött, bámulták a monitort és meg sem kérdezték, hogy mi a fészkes fenét akarok. Legutóbb durván 30-35 percig ültem ott, és vártam hogy visszakapjam az éves szerviz után az autómat. Csak akkor kapták össze magukat, amikor végleg elfogyott a türelmem és kiabálni kezdtem. Akkor azonnal előkerült a forgalmi, a kulcs a számla, és sértődött ábrázattal előkerült a munkafelvevő, ( Ulrich András) aki itt önmagát nagy szerényen kedvesnek minősítette. Én tuti, hogy oda a lában többé nem teszem be. Judging by the opinions of the others, I was only honored by the table that I went to ALWAYS at any time, despite having no other clients. L	László Csonka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ssangyong szervizként vettem igénybe, minden rendben volt, egyedül az nem "tetszett", hogy az előre jelzettnél később végeztek az autóval, pedig időben ott voltam vele. A váró tökéletesen megfelelő, van wifi, sőt tavaly óta egy kis "minibár" is, üdítőkkel, csokikkal, ami szintén segíti a várakozási időt hasznosan eltölteni... :) I used it as a Ssangyong service, everything was fine, the only thing I didn't "like" was that they finished the car later than predicted, even though I was there on time. The waiting room is perfectly adequate, there is wifi, and even a small "minibar" since last year, with soft drinks and chocolates, which also helps to spend the waiting time usefully ... :)
