Az utolsó e-mailemre válaszolni sem voltak hajlandóak. Rettentő inkorrekt cég, 0 kommunikációs készséggel, szégyeljék magukat! Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy tőlük rendeljen! On August 4th I ordered 1 salt lamp from them, a few days later I asked what the order was, then they told me that there is no salt lamp (which was indicated on their side as in stock) I asked them to refund the money which to this day is not happened. They refused to reply to my last email. Terribly incorrect company, with 0 communication skills, be ashamed of yourself! I do not recommend anyone to order from them!

Amikor hívtam őket telefonon, akkor is azt mondták, hogy épp aznap mennek érte (külső raktáron van), majd amikor újabb négy nap múlva (amikor a kiszállítást ígérték, amit többször is megígértek a telefonban) hívtam őket, már az volt a helyzet, hogy nem is volt a külső raktárban sem, nem tudják mikor lesz. Két hetet vártam a semmire. NAGYON NEM AJÁNLOTT BOLT!!! I'd rather give it zero, but it can't be. The store's stock is untrue, they do not inform when the goods arrive. When I called them on the phone, they even said they were going for it that day (in external storage), and then when I called them another four days later (when they promised delivery, which they promised several times on the phone), it was already the case that it wasn't even in the outside warehouse, they don't know when it will be. I waited two weeks for nothing. SHOP NOT VERY RECOMMENDED !!!

Legutóbb már azt mondták, hogy alá van írva a számlám, de pénzt azóta sem láttam. Sajnos nem kis összeg, kíváncsian várom, mikor kapom vissza! Amikor 800 webshop közül lehet választani, nem értem hogyan engedhetik meg maguknak ezt?! u.i.: végül aztán megjött az összeg némi késéssel. Az elsőt július 7-én 47000 ft-ért a másik kettőt akcióban 35000ft/db áron október elején. Október végén feladta a harcot az 1 számú egyed. Felhívtam őket, hogy mi is a teendő. A gyártónak visszaküldtem a terméket bevizsgálásra. Garanciát elfogadták, november 4-én JÓVÁÍRTÁK!!! a Lakitechnek a termék árát, e-mailben értesítették őket a garancia elfogadásáról mellékelve a vásárlási számlát, gyári számot. Február elejéig kb 20-25 telefon után a türelmem végre értem és felajánlottam a lehetőséget, hogy a továbbiakban intézzék az ügyemet a Fogyasztóvédelmi felügyelettel. Érdekes, hogy 3 perc múlva visszautalták a termék árát. De nem a 47000 ft-ot hanem csak a 35000-et. Itt elengedtem a dolgot. Meg a céget is. Összegezném: 3 hónapig jogosulatlanul használták a pénzemet, ráadásul még "kamatot" is levontak. ? Sz@rrágó bagázs. Very incorrect company. I would also delete that one star.
