Emailre nem válaszolnak, telefonra alig, ott sem tudnak egyértelmű válaszokat adni. Így 50e forint elúszott hozzájuk és azóta is elérhetetlenek. A defective product was sent through the webshop. When we wanted to send it back, they couldn’t provide a solution to the problem. They don't answer emails, they barely answer them on the phone, they can't give clear answers there either. Thus, HUF 50 swam to them and they have been unavailable ever since.

Nem válaszoltak. 2 nap múlva hívtam őket és mondták nem tudják elérni a beszállítót. Ekkor kértem őket, hogy töröljék a rendelésem és utalják vissza a pénzt. Erre 3 napra még nem kaptam emailt arról, hogy törölve lett a rendelés. Újra telefon és akkor már törölték és megkaptam róla az emailt. A pénzt persze nem utalták! Soha többé nem rendelek innen! I do not recommend their web service to anyone! I ordered the lawnmower I paid for. The next day I wrote to them when he would arrive because it would be urgent. They did not answer. I called them 2 days later and they said they couldn’t reach the supplier. That’s when I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. I haven't received an email for 3 days that my order has been canceled. I restarted my phone and it was already deleted and I received an email about it. Of course, the money was not transferred! Helyette kérte hogy rendeljem meg ptt helyszínen és ha megmutatom a visszaigatolo emailt akkor rendben van és megkapom webes áron. Mindez kb 5 percig tartott. Nagyon hálás vagyok érte mert a reggeli munkámhoz szükség volt rá. Kérem adjaák át a hölgynek köszönetem. 2021.04.09.-én reggel 8-kor vásároltam. The seller Lady was very kind and helpful. Since the product was not ordered online it was not given at the webshop price. Instead, he asked me to order at ptt and if I show the confirmation email it will be ok and I will get it at web price. It all took about 5 minutes. I am very grateful for it because it was needed for my morning work. Please pass on to the lady my thanks. I bought it on April 8, 2021 at 8 am.
