Ügyfélközpontúság ismeretlen fogalom a számukra. 2-3 hetes elkészülési időt ígérnek egy konyhára, szerencsés esetben jó ha a felmérés megtörténik ennyi idő alatt, árajánlat elkészítése még több időt vesz igénybe, közben megy az ígérgetés, hitegetés. Nem ajánlom őket senkinek!
