Többször is voltam már ott az autómmal, és mindig segítőkészen elmagyarázták mi a hiba, is mit kell csinálni. És természetesen jól meg is csinálták azt. Quite expensive compared to the average in our region (about 3x-5x), they pick up the phone, are willing to inform, and are willing to talk to an inexperienced customer at the end of the hour before closing.

Az első és legfontosabb indokom az, hogy egyáltalán nem ügyfélbarát sem Horváth Úr (akinek a stílusa annyira nyers, és modortalan, hogy megengedi magának a kiabálást is), sem pedig a kollégái. Egyáltalán nem éreztem magam ügyfélnek, az a "örülj, hogy foglalkozunk veled" feeling. Egy egyszerű 2 perces műszeres kiolvasásért lehúztak 20 ezerre. Nem mondták meg se a hibakódot, és azt sem hogy ha ott javíttatom, akkor levonják a javítás árából (ami egyébként önmagában is horror.). Odavittem végül javíttatni,a rendszámtábla kereteimet KÉRDEZÉS, vagy utólagos figyelmeztetés nélkül lecserélték a saját lógójukkal nyomottra. Otthon vettem észre, hogy őket reklámozom ezentúl. :) Korrekt, nem? Az egyedüli pozitívum, hogy értenek hozzá, de van már Budapesten több olyan szervíz is, ahol legalább ennyire érteneke hozzá, jóval olcsóbban, és ügyfélnek érzed magad, nem kérni mész. Én soha többet nem viszem oda az autómat, az biztos! I do not recommend it to anyone! My first and most important reason is that he is not at all customer-friendly, neither is Mr Horváth (whose style is so crude and outrageous that he allows himself to shout) and his colleagues. I didn't feel like a client at all, the feeling of being happy to deal with you. It was pulled down to 20,000 for a simple 2-minute instrument readout. They didn't tell me the error code, and that if I repaired it, it would be deducted from the price of the repair (which in itself is horror anyway). I finally got it repaired, my license plate frames were replaced with their own logo without any QUESTION or warning. At home, I noticed that I was promoting them from now on. :) Correct, right? The only positive is that they are knowledgeable, but there are several service centers in Budapest where you are at least as knowledgeable, much cheaper and you feel like a customer, you do not go to ask. I'll never take my car there again, for sure!

Ezenkívül tetszett a rendkivül gyors műszaki vizsgáztatásra felkészítés és levizsgáztatás, ezeket tudom elmondani róluk. I can only say good things about repairing the Rover brand, because I experienced a quick connection, professional quick repair with parts procurement, a high level of expertise. I can only say good things about them as a Rover owner. They were able to diagnose and correct a fault that had existed for several months with completely correct communication.
