Ha a potenciális megrendelő ennek ellenére még veszi a fáradságot, felhívja telefonon a céget és mivel közlik vele, hogy most éppen nem érnek rá vele beszélgetni, a rettentően elfoglalt hölgytől visszahívást kér, akkor a helyes válasz nem az, hogy az illető munkatársnő dolgozik és nem ér rá felírni egy francos telefonszámot. If the potential customer still takes the trouble, calls the company by phone and as they are told that they are not currently available to talk to him, he asks the terribly busy lady for a call back, then the correct answer is not that the employee is working and not it's worth writing a damn phone number on it.
