★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ameddig nincs aláírva a szerződés maximális segítőkészség, állandó kontakt stb. Azóta Julika elérhetetlen az irodával is nehézkes a kommunikáció. A házba pedig semmi nem történik. Szakemberekkel nem rendelkeznek a lakóknak kell keresni akikkel utána nem veszik fel a kapcsolatot. Mindig mindenre van kifogás. COVID, munkaerő stb. Mindent hallottam már. Ha nincs elég munkaerő akkor nem vállalok új házat, de nyilván a pénz az kell. Az is minősíti a céget, hogy a tulajdonos maga ad 5 csillagot. Mondjuk így se jó az átlag. Aki tudja kerülje őket.
Until the contract is signed, maximum helpfulness, constant contact, etc. Since then, Julika has been inaccessible to communicate with the office as well. And nothing happens in the house. Professionals do not have residents to look for who they will not contact afterwards. There is always an excuse for everything. COVID, labor, etc. I've heard everything. If you don’t have enough labor then I won’t take on a new house, but obviously the money is a must. The company is also rated 5 stars by the owner. Let's just say the average isn't good either. Who can avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli, felháborító, ahogy az általuk kezelt társasházunkat kezelik. Több mint 6 hete tettem fel kérdéseket, de többszöri emlékeztető ellenére sem válaszolnak. Kérésem ellenére sem küldi meg a közös képviselet a 2019, 2020 és 2021 évi gazdálkodási beszámolót, illetve 2020, 2021 és 2022 év gazdálkodási tervét. Telefonon, ha egyáltalán sikerül valakit elérni, csak visszahívást ígérnek, de soha nem hívnak vissza. 2019 október óta nem írtak ki közgyűlést, hiába kértük.
They are under-criticized, outrageous at the way they manage our condominium. I’ve been asking questions for over 6 weeks, but despite repeated reminders, they don’t answer. Despite my request, the Joint Representation will not send the management report for 2019, 2020 and 2021 or the management plan for 2020, 2021 and 2022. On the phone, if anyone can be reached at all, they will only promise to call you back, but they will never call you back. No general meeting has been convened since October 2019, despite our request.
