★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A legjobb szerviz Tatabányán! Nem vigyázok a telefonomra és sok szervizben jártam már emiatt. Messzemenően a legjobb szerviz. Örülök, hogy megtaláltam ezt a boltot. Időpontot foglaltam a törött telefonom szervizelésére és pár órán belül meg is csinálták. Gyári alkatrészt szereztek hozzá és profi módon beszerelték és dokumentálták.
Ezentúl csak ide hordom az elromlott készülékeim.
Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!
The best service in Tatabánya! I'm not taking care of my phone and I've been to a lot of service shops for this. By far the best service. I'm glad I found this store. I made an appointment to repair my broken phone and it was done within a few hours. Factory parts were procured and professionally installed and documented.
From now on I will only carry my broken devices here.
I can only recommend it to everyone!

A szerviz munkatársai részletesen, szóban tájékozattak a hibakeresés menetéről, az esetleges kockázatokról, várható költségekről - már akkor utánanézve az esetleges alkatrész-költségeknek. Megbeszéltünk egyéb készülék-alternatívákat is, ha ez esetlek végleg elhalálozik, pedig a tanácsadást nem is vártam el.
Miután leadtam a készüléket javításra, rendszeresen, E-mailben kaptam infót a talált hibákról, javítás menetéről, dönthettem, hogy kérem-e a beavatkozást az adott költségen, vagy elhozom a telefont.
Képeket küldtek a meghiásodásról is (alaplapi zárlat), és bár nem értek hozzá, így számomra nem sokat mutattak, ezt is nagyon korrekt tájékoztatásnak tartom.
Valóban, megvolt 4-5 nap a munkavégzés, tehát nem villámszervizről van szó, de ennek köszönhetően a telefonom most gyári alkatrészekkel, normálisan, a korábban megszokott szinten működik. (1 hete, de remélem, kitart még egy jó darabig)

I introduced my 3 year old Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact phone with a display error and no backlight. The service staff informed you in detail, verbally about the troubleshooting process, the possible risks and the expected costs - even then looking at the possible parts costs. We also discussed other device alternatives in case this dies permanently, although I didn’t even expect advice.
After I handed over the device for repair, I was regularly informed by e-mail about the errors found, the progress of the repair, I could decide whether to request intervention at the given cost or to bring the phone.
They also sent pictures of the failure (motherboard short circuit) and although I didn’t touch it, so it didn’t show me much, I also consider this very correct information.
Indeed, it took 4-5 days to work, so it’s not a lightning service, but thanks to that, my phone now works with factory parts, normally, at the usual level. (1 week, but I hope it lasts a long time)
I am satisfied with the quality of the service and the communication, thank you to the service staff!

I brought a Huawei P40 Lite 5g phone with a broken display and back cover. They did a perfect job with it, the phone looks like it's new. They were very kind and helpful, I recommend them to everyone :)

Aki olyan helyet keres, ahol profin dolgoznak és minőségi szolgáltatást nyújtanak, az ne keressen tovább mert megtalalta. Ezúton is köszönöm nekik a munkájukat. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek. Előre kell fizetni 8500 Ft ot órabér és bevizsgalasi díjra. Telefonkeszuléket persze nem tudták megjavítani mondván Kínába kell vigyem. Hirdetésükben márka független telefonok szervizelése. Persze a pontos hibát sem tudták. Pénzlehuzas.
