I can't comment on their service, I used to sell their laptops with the following experience: -good points: shipped very quickly after online shopping -bad points: - advertised as "new foil", I open the box with foil according to the pictures attached, but I might not argue with the word novel / beautiful condition, but it was far from the new category ... I would expect a -1100 + HUF laptop that a windows11 update would not crumble if the update was already available on the laptop, and it works without problems on other laptops, with this miracle the sound card and the video card have ceased to exist, I mean that not everything can be perfect na, but so much so if you find it so incompatible I think it could be indicated in the description or windows 11 could be disabled .... in a word I sent back my money within 14 days for the price of quite torturous e-mails I managed to get my money back within 30 days (of course this is indicated in the "GTC", which is used to the maximum and you should not buy it anywhere else for 1 month, if you don't already get what you wanted and don't have a laptop exactly as described) thank you very much for the experience ... so far i have bought it anywhere else online and by chance i had to live with the 14 day cancellation everywhere within 2-3 days i got my money back here this is 30 days ...
