A termék használatának minél hamarabbi igénybevétele elég kritikus volt, ezért a szállítási határidő letelte után érdeklődtem a rendelés állapotáról, amire közölték, hogy a termék beszerzés alatt van, szállítása két hét múlva lehetséges.
After ordering a medical device in a webshop, they were informed by e-mail that the product is in stock and will be delivered within a week. Using the product as soon as possible was quite critical, so after the delivery deadline, I inquired about the status of the order, for which it was stated that the product is under purchase, delivery is possible in two weeks.

After ordering a tool from the Webshop, they were notified by email that the product was in stock and shipped. For some reason, they only realized after 9 days that the product was unavailable!
