K	Krisztián Biró on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szemét terméket forgalmazó, lehúzó cég! Íme a történetem: Még március/áprilisban rendeltünk egy tolatóradart, amit az érkező autónkba szerettünk volna szerelni. Néhány héttel a rendelés után be is szereltettem, összesen fizettem a karosszériásnak 10.000.- Ftot- hogy betegye a kb 10.000.-Ft-os tolatóradart. Na most ez a kínai nóném tolatóradar a neten viszonylag jó értékeléssel hasított, ezért meg is vettük. Majd beszerelés után jöttek a gondok.. 1 hetet se használtuk, majd a vezérlő el kezdett sípolni. Telefonáltam a cégnek, hogy mi lehet a gond. Azt kaptam válasznak, hogy az egyik szenzor ment tönkre, elmondták, hogy teszteljem le melyik az. Meg is találtam, kértem a cserét. Itt ért az első sokk, hogy szereltessem ki a rossz szenzort (aminek az ára eladási ára kb 1000Ft) és a futárnak oda kell adnom, amikor az új szenzort kapom. Nem bíztak meg bennem, hogy vissza fogom küldeni. Magyarul menjek el a karosszériáshoz szedessem ki, majd menjek el még egyszer tetessem be, ja és fizessek kétszer mindezért. Én szívesen mondtam h visszaküldöm csak ne kelljen kétszer menni a karosszériáshoz. Nem tudtak eltérni attól, hogy a futár vigye magával azonnal a kézbesítéskor a rossz szenzort. Természetesen a postadíjat is nekünk kellett fizetni. Most jön a hab a tortán. A futár elment a szenzort bedugtam, nem működött, telefonáltam megint. Ekkor már érződött a kiszolgáló hangján, hogy a pokolra kíván, mert erőteljesen szóvá tettem, hogy miért küld ki szenzort ha nem működik, majd kiderült, hogy lehet a vezérlő a hibás. Oké, cseréljük a vezérlőt. Csak épp a vezérlőből 1 db kiállítási darab maradt az üzletben. Mivel nagyon szerettem volna hogy működjön, kértem hogy teszteljék le, és ha a tesztelés azt mutatja, hogy jó, akkor küldjék, már nem érdekel. Küldték is csak hogy az is rossz volt. Az első bedugásnál már sípolt, küldte a hibaüzenetet, még be sem indítottam az autót. Az ügyfél szolgálatot felhívtam, szóvá tettem, de nem tudtak csinálni semmit, ott várt rám a futár hogy a 2 nem működő szenzorból akkor most melyiket vigye. Amit most küldtek, vagy amit kaptam az elején? Igazából mindegy is volt. Magyarul sem a szenzor sem a vezérlő cseréje nem sikerült. Legjobb az egészben, hogy azt mondta az ügyintéző, amikor jeleztem h a vezérlővel sem működik, hogy telefonáljak 2-3 hónap múlva, addig nincs a termék raktáron. Milyen termék az amit 3 hónapig nem tudnak beszerezni? Kínából csak 3 havonta szállítanak? VICC! Ezután szólt a karosszériás hogy van neki egy komplett hasonló tolatóradarja. Kipróbáltuk, és azóta jó a vezérlő! Érdekes, hogy a gyári sajáttal nem ment, a nem sajáttal pedig ment. Továbbá az elmúlt nyáron és télen 2 eredeti szenzor ment tönkre, amit cseréltem, de ezeket már szóvá sem teszem. Összegezve a eg a cég nagy 0, sem a garanciás cserét nem tudták biztosítani, nem voltak tekintettel a szituációra és többletkiadást okoztak, valamint a termék alapból szemét, nem működött! Habár a garanciából fél év ment el, 4 radarból 2-t cseréltem és a vezérlőt is! Soha többet POWERTUNING! Scrap company distributing garbage products! Here is my story: Back in March / April, we ordered a reversing radar that we wanted to install in our incoming car. A few weeks after the order, I installed it, I paid the bodybuilder a total of HUF 10,000 to put in the reversing radar of about HUF 10,000. Now, this Chinese female reversing radar has split the net with a relatively good rating, so we bought it. Then after installation came the problems .. We didn't use it for 1 week and then the controller started beeping. I called the company to see what could be the problem. I got an answer that one of the sensors went wrong, they told me to test which one it is. I also found, I asked for an exchange. This is where the first shock came to dismantling the wrong sensor (which costs about 1000 HUF) and I have to give it to the courier when I get the new sensor. I was not trusted to send it back. In Hungarian, go to the body, take it out, then go, put it in again, oh and pay twice for it all. I was happy to tell you to h send it back just not to have to go to the bodywork twice. They could not deviate from having the courier take the wrong sensor with them immediately upon delivery. Of course, we also had to pay the postage. Now comes the icing on the cake. The courier went to the sensor I plugged in, it didn't work, I called again. By this time, he could already feel in the server’s voice that he was going to hell because I was talking strongly about why he was sending out a sensor if it wasn’t working and then it turned out that the controller might be faulty. Okay, let's change the controller. Only 1 exhibit piece from the controller was left in the store. Since I really wanted it to work, I asked to be tested, and if testing shows it was good, send it, I don’t care anymore. They even sent it that it was bad too. At the first plug it was already beeping, it sent the error message, I haven't even started the car. I called the customer service, I spoke, but they couldn't do anything, the courier was waiting for me to pick which of the 2 non-working sensors to take now. What did they send now, or what did I get in the beginning? It really didn't matter. In English, neither the sensor nor the controller could be replaced. Best of all, the clerk said when I indicated h the controller doesn't work either, so I'll call in 2-3 months, until then the product is out of stock. What kind of product is it that they can't get for 3 months? Are they shipped from China only every 3 months? JOKE! He then told the body that he had a complete similar reversing radar. We tried it and the controller has been good ever since! Interestingly, the factory didn’t go with its own, and it didn’t go with the non-own. Also, last summer and winter, 2 original sensors went down that I replaced, but I won’t even mention them anymore. In summary, eg the company had a high 0, neither the warranty replacement could be provided, they were not aware of the situation and caused additional expenditure, and the product was basically junk, it did not work! Although half a year went by the warranty, I replaced 2 of the 4 radars and the controller too! Never again POWERTUNING!
