★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment in the morning. When I arrived, the salon was still closed. Then the girl arrived late, but she didnt success to open the main door. She told me, she is going to check the key, and she is gonna write me. I took a circle around, when I got her message, I can come. But still she wasnt able to open the door.
Then she canceled our appointment, they even didnt give me for another hour, because they were full for that day. ?!?
I went there from Israel, not even from Budapest, who can come another day... no compensation from her mistake, they just canceled the appointment.
Do not go there!

Will never go back. There’re good eyelash studios in Budapest - don’t waste your time and money on this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was unfriendly and unsympathetic. When I observed that both eyes didn’t have the same amount of lashes, she just said “it’s not possible”, and that was the end of the story. If I’m paying 20,000 HUF for a pair of fake lashes, at least treat me properly, excuse yourself when you walk out of the room while my eyes are closed, and be more patient with a customer who can’t tolerate cotton pads in their eyes.
