Made an appointment, they sent me a wrong address in the confirmation email, I finally find their correct address, but there was no name on the intercom, no sign that this so called lash salon is there, nothing on the website or email. Oh, and all this time, their phone number was disconnected! SCAM! Ruined my plans and wasted my time and energy.
Edit: I didn’t see any email, if you wanted to cancel you should have called me, I receive a lot of emails daily so I physically cannot check all of them. Email said lehel 11, it was actually lehel 22, and that whole thing with the foiled windows inside I don’t know where is just ridiculous. Are clients supposed to guess that, fly a drone or go around the block to find it? 100% unprofessional. No excuses, please. You should have answered when I called your salon’s number. Here I see you immediately looked for an excuse regarding my bad review.
