★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kácstól a sárga és Mária út jelzésen 6,5 km távolságra található Latorpuszta településen a Lator vár. Meredek út vezet a dombtető lévő várhoz. 35 méter a szintkülönbség. Addig kell menni amíg a magyar zászlót meglátjuk, ami a lakótorony fal maradványánál lengedezik.
The Lator Castle is located in Latorpuszta, 6.5 km from Kác, on the Yellow and Mária út signs. A steep road leads to the castle on the hilltop. The level difference is 35 meters. We have to go until we see the Hungarian flag, which is waving at the remains of the residential tower wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nincs kitáblázva hogy pontosan hol is kell felmenni. Viszont mindenképp érdemes felkaptatni, kicsit meredek a domboldal. A kilatás gyönyörű.
Unfortunately, there is no sign exactly where to go up. However, it is definitely worth picking up, the hillside is a bit steep. The view is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amennyiben autóval megyünk, akkor a haranglábnál leparkolva, majd onnan 5 perces sétával közelíthető meg a rom. Maga a rom sajnos nem túl izgalmas, hiszen nagy részét elhordták már, viszont a völgyre lenézve tényleg szép panoráma tárul elénk. Érdemes felkapaszkodni a meredek hegyoldalon.
If you go by car, you can park at the belfry and then a 5-minute walk away. The ruin itself is unfortunately not very exciting, as most of it has already been carried away, but looking down on the valley, we have a really nice panorama. It is worth climbing the steep hillside.
