De a számított összegnél jóval kevesebb lett a plusz költség, már már elenyésző. Az ügyintézőm teljesen korrekten elmondta a dolgokat , hogy mi mennyi és hogyan. Jómagam részletfizetés választottam amivel semmiféle probléma nem adodott. Számomra egy teljesen pozitív csalódás. Absolutely correct administration and billing. I had a mobile subscription error that was purchased. But the extra cost became much less than the calculated amount, already insignificant. The clerk said things absolutely correctly, what and how much. I chose to pay in installments myself, which did not cause any problems. For me, it is a completely positive disappointment.

Ne ijedjetek meg tőlük, járjatok utánna jogosan követelnek e bármi nemű összeget . Nálam nem jártak sikerrel!! Don't be intimidated. They wanted to claim a legally irrecoverable debt. Handy, ignorant customer service. Do not be afraid of them, then rightly demand this amount of any kind. They were not successful for me !!

Nem tájékozodnak mielőtt követelőznek, össze vissza beszélnek, komolytalan cég komolytalan emberekkel. Csak így tovább I talk to another clerk every day and I prove my truth about what I have a paper and the claim is not legitimate and yet they talk to me like a nobody's house. They don’t get informed before they demand, they talk back together, frivolous company with frivolous people. Keep it up

Sajnos nem kaptam kézhez a fizetési meghagyást, így nem tudtam ellentmondani sem, pedig elévült tartozást vettek át. Emailre/telefonra nem váalszoltak, csak amikor a végrehajtón keresztül kerestem őket hivatalosan. Péntek este hétkor keresett az ügyintéző, de sajnos nehezményezte, hogy lelketlen féregnek hívtuk, így végül nem született egyezség...:( My never-proven telecom debt has doubled under their hands. Unfortunately, I did not receive the payment order, so I could not object either, even though an overdue debt was taken over. They did not respond to email / phone only when I officially contacted them through the executor.
