Nice outside, but ugly inside The outdoor area and the location on the beach are very nice, but unfortunately the joy of vacationing when entering apartment no.36 is past, not properly cleaned, hanging out socket, partly not closing doors, defective shower (which unfortunately was not repaired even after request ) and a musty smell in parts of the apartment.

It has a great location right on the beach. Beach by the sunlight. It has its own sandy beach. There is a private fenced but unguarded car park. Rooms are fine. Spacious. Negative: expensive and could not be paid by card in the summer of 2012.

Tilcsy Apartman was a big disappointment. They are professional in scam and money laundering. It is advertised for 6 people, 52sqm (including balcony !!!) 1. Not best for any family because 1 tiny hole! The fridge is also small for 6 people. The mosquito net was also bad, so we could choose to be either in the heat or in the company of mosquitoes. Nor is it advertised that they only provide 1 parking space for 1 apartment. We, too, were six with myself, which is directly proportional to the fact that we traveled with two cars. The bored apartment owners had fun in the heat of looking at the cards with the room number on the windshield, which had not been signaled not to stand in the parking lot. Of course, they only had the courage to communicate through the caretaker. Obviously we didn’t get out of the parking lot, we didn’t pay more than the price. 2. It can also be seen in the photos that you can also set up a beach tent on your own beach, it CANNOT be set up there, because we are confused by SOMEONE that they can't see Lake Balaton from the tents and they wear out the grass. I mean, we traveled with baby. 3. The ground floor walker was loaded / tuk with bicycles, mattresses, chairs and prams. Unfortunately, no storage is even provided for these devices. None of the owners liked it either and, citing the fire regulations, unloaded the items there. Indeed, mattresses should be kept in your own apartment. We put it on too. Chairs do not need to be stored there either. The bike was a lot already. In the window recess, the strollers could fit because I didn’t want to carry it up and down the spiral stairs to the first floor. Of course, this was not announced in advance either, but on the third day they were warned on a poster, if we don’t unpack the stuff from there by 6pm, they will be unpacked in the yard. For me, these things are unacceptable and not sympathetic. The apartment was worth a maximum of HUF 80,000, no more. What we paid for it was exaggerated. To my heart, no ie I would have paid more because we were very cut, stripping the whole thing. Not a family-friendly place! We paid for it and in return we only got one "prison". Where our every move is watched. Plus1: There is no yard where you can play football. As for the tiny yard, of course there is NO FREE play because the owners think that the grass is made of diamonds as well. And not at all. Positive: both the fairgrounds and the beach were close (you only had to be careful there), on that mini beach

Very clean, tidy bath. Reasonable prices for anyone who can just visit. Real family and child friendly beach.

Due to the apartment cleanliness, poor wifi and daytime noise due to neighboring construction site only 4 stars. Because other parameters (eg. air conditioned, well-equipped apartments, proximity to the lake, private beach) is an excellent place.

Real Hungarian accommodation. There is a lot that could be improved, but the owner is not willing, the caretaker of the apartment house is already pushing into everything, and then the apartments will be taken out anyway, then why. I can report on the 103 in detail, doors are in need, a lamp is only on the ceiling, that is not good either, the drawers cannot be pulled out. We have a super new mattress on one of the double beds, we prefer to leave it on the other. Bed linen reason. Cleaning, it's also Hungarian. Ventilation is not solved properly, it is a floor plan defect, there is a mesh, which is practically a hole, there is a door, and a seam. We will definitely not choose the apartment house anymore.

It consists of two apartment houses. It has its own, well-kept beach, which is not big, but it can comfortably accommodate everyone. We were also in two apartments, both of them were spacious. The beds are quite uncomfortable, creaking. They could take more care of the cleaning. With a small investment (beds, curtains, mosquito nets) the place could be greatly improved. The apartment house is in a very good location, all very close (shop, center, pedestrian street). It has its own free parking lot.The apartment house also has apartments that can be rented from the owner and through an intermediary. Apartments usually have 2 balconies. Overall a very good place !!
