I haven't picked up the phone in two days or which post I called so far has been picked up everywhere .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miért nem veszik fel a telefont? Ha ezzel esetleg kárt okoznak az ügyfélnek, akkor a postavezető vajon vállalja a felelősséget?
Why not pick up the phone? If this may cause damage to the client, then the post would assume leadership responsibility?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hívom a számukat foglalt, majd hívom 10mp múlva, erre nem veszik fel. Ezt eljátszottuk reggel 9től délután 4ig minden 20 percben. Undorító. Mindent az ügyfelekért ??✌
I call their number busy and then call in 10 seconds, they don't pick it up. This was played every 9 minutes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Disgusting. Everything for customers ??✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ átlagos várakozási idő 10-15 perc. teljesen mindegy, hogy mennyien várakoznak, (ha 1 ember van előttem akkor is) ha 5 kiszolgáló pult mögött ül postai dolgozó akkor is.
csomagot feladni vagy felvenni kb 20 perc mivel csak egy ablaknál lehet megoldani, pedig 7 ablak van amiből átlagosan 5 üzemel.
ha tehetem inkább egy kis falusi postára megyek ügyet intézni. ide csak csomag ügyben jövök. (sajnos)
a legtöbb dolgozó kedves és segítőkész.
a rendszerrel van probléma!
average waiting time is 10-15 minutes. it doesn’t matter how many are waiting (if 1 person is in front of me even) if there is a postal worker sitting behind 5 service counters even then.
to send or pick up a packet is about 20 minutes as it can only be solved with one window, although there are 7 windows of which 5 operate on average.
if I can I would rather go to a small village post office to handle an affair. I'm only coming here for a package. (unfortunately)
most of the workers are kind and helpful.
