No towels, no sheets for the pillows, no sandals, smelly rooms. I am sure that there will be some others that will make similiar or the very same comments about this hotel.

Nice and cozy room. the staff was really friendly and the location was perfect. If you can get a deal for a good price, then go for it!

Fine hotel for location and price. Can get a bit noisy depending on the floor and if you are facing the courtyard.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the rooms are clean and stuff is very helpful. Don't take the breakfast it's a waste of money and there is an awesome restaurant just around the corner.

Let's start with the fact that we arrived in the middle of the night, and the receptionist did not ask for our passports at all. When we got to the room, we found that the TV was not working and in addition there was no refrigerator. I'm taking medication that must be refrigerated. It is noted on the hotel's website and on booking that the room has a TV and a refrigerator. We approached in the morning with these problems to the man at the reception of the hotel, which was very nice (And that's my only positive opinion about the hotel), and he told us that the maintenance man would come in the next hour and take care of it. We returned to the hotel after a few hours and the receptionist told us that the TV problem is a known problem, and regarding the fridge we were told that there was a fridge there at the weekend, and now it was gone (?). We were then offered to move a room, and this time the maintenance man checked that the TV did work, and in the third room that he checked the TV did work and they told us that we can move to this room. The hallucinatory problem in itself is that the TV in most rooms just does not work!!! Out of lack of choice we had to move room, and all this after having already slept a night in a hotel and unpacked all our stuff in the previous room. We found ourselves in the middle of the day on our vacation moving clothes, hygiene products from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor alone which took us at least 4 revelations back and forth, Which made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. Needless to say, the elevator is also terribly slow and requires a long wait. The long and the short of it - I did not expect such a thing from a 4 star hotel. Also the room is very small. The only good thing is that the location of the hotel is excellent. I am currently staying at this hotel with my boyfriend, At the last minute we changed the reservation to this hotel and I am very sorry for all this decision in retrospect. we are very positively considering moving to another hotel for our next 5 nights

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city! Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the luggage storage was excellent too! Hope to see you again soon! ?

Location couldn’t be better. Right in the middle of everything. A little noisy outside window at night but nothing to complain about. Rooms were fresh, modern and very clean to a high standard and the room service was too. Very helpful and friendly staff - will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Incredibly well located hotel in the very city center of Budapest. The room was great, well equipped with fridge, Coffee maker, kettle, vanity kit etc. The daily rates were a bit expensive for the city and the breakfast could also improve with natural orange juice and with yogurt. Overall, the best was the location
