Nem csodálom, hogy a macskáim nem voltak hajlandóak belemenni, mert ilyen szemétkupacon én sem szívesen feküdnék! Vettem bele egy másik párnát, és kicseréltem, így már kényelmes a macskáknak. Kicsit kellemetlen, mert ajándékba kaptuk, és nem egy olcsó termék, amire még rá is kellett költeni, hogy használható legyen!
Amikor jeleztük a problémát, elég lekezelő stílusban válaszoltak nekünk.
Cat's nook: decorative exterior, disgusting interior! The inner pillow is stuffed with rubbish! I am not surprised that my cats refused to go in because I would not like to lie on such a pile of rubbish! I bought another pillow and replaced it so it was already comfortable for the cats. A little uncomfortable because we received it as a gift and not a cheap product that I even had to spend on it to use!
When we signaled the problem, they responded to us in a rather condescending style.
