Bükk-hegységben található a Nagy-fennsíkon 558 és 575 m tszf magasságban, több bejárattal nyíló rendszer természetes szádája, és egy időszakosan aktív patak vizét nyeli el.
Ez egy vizes barlang , és kizárólag csak engedéllyel látogatható. A Létrási-vizesbarlangot a Bükki Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság munkatársai által vezetett közepes nehézségű, és extrém barlangtúrákon is lehet látogatni, előzetes bejelentkezés alapján.
The cave has been highly protected since 1982.
It is located in the Bükk Mountains on the Great Plateau at an altitude of 558 and 575 m above sea level, is a natural mouth of a system with several entrances and absorbs the water of a periodically active stream.
It is a water cave and can only be visited with permission. The Ladder-Water Cave can be visited on medium and extreme cave tours led by the staff of the Bükk National Park Directorate, by prior registration.
