★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude receptionists! Two of them so far! I saw many complaints already here but it seems there is no change! Is it that difficult to do a job that is expected of a reception!? It is mind blowing and unreal! Pls train them on good customer service and good attitude! They ruin the client experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is spacious and clean, there is no bad smell like in so many gyms. You can train all muscle groups on a variety of equipment and the personal trainers are helpful and polite. The rest of the staff is also polite, albeit not so attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is very bad. the receptionists are not helpful. They always has a angry face the answer is very rude sometimes.
You have to pay for the lock, if you forget the key to enter you must pay the gym day even if you have paid for the month and notice it’s one of the most expensive gym in the city. The shower area is not good.
machines and place are the best.
5 years training there but i can not continue there for the bad customer service. I hope the gym can considere my comment because I am not the only one with the same feeling.

The facility is good as well. We got a fin sauna ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for workout and classes. However I had a terrible experience with the reception guys. After my first month I wanted to renew my subscription and asked about a renewal. The make reception guys first was totally ignoring me because I was not taking Hungarian and later he started shouting "Go to the internet site and see". The girl in the reception understood I was upset and she offered to help me. The guys there need some manners. We pay too much money and this behaviour is unacceptable. Of course no renewalv after this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with a lot of modern equipment. It's not cheap but I think it's worth the money. Peter on reception is a really nice guy and helped me get registered and setup.
