I bought a bike here about 4-5 years ago and I am very happy with it I can only recommend it. The gentleman is helpful. We went on a bike tour a couple of days ago and went in for a technical problem. He stopped his work and solved it in a few minutes and for free :)

Good mechanic, but communication is catastrophic. I’ve changed chains and sprockets before, which turned out to be weak for me, probably because I’m having a kid. He said he would either put on a maybe a stronger sprocket and a chain, but he didn’t predict much of it either, or he would replace both the rear wheel and the transmission, so he could give me a more robust solution, which is obviously more expensive. Since no decision could be made due to cumbersome communication, I asked if there was anything to it or should it be assigned. The answer was yes. I took it at the agreed time, I told him I was asking for a more expensive, safer solution. He said he couldn't do it now because he didn't have a wheel, which was what he used up. We agreed to order one, I should go back in a week. I asked if I should call in front of him, he said no, take it on Thursday. I took it off today, told me the wheel hadn’t arrived, it couldn’t do it, and then went into the workshop to assemble it. I also provide services, I make furniture. In his place, I would have apologized, or rather gone for a part, and then I would solve it because it was correct that way. Does it fit me to go back a third time to see if there will be a part by then? Obviously everyone has problems, but that’s not the way to deal with customers.

Previously, we bought his bike for my wife. Since then, he uses it on a daily basis, loves it. There are negative opinions, but I think your work is fine, prices are right. I don’t even understand the communication that many call horrible, we could barely get rid of each other after about half an hour because we got into the conversation that way. He gave meaningful and good answers to the questions asked, extremely helpful. There is no sign of downsizing or overpricing.
