My husband and I went to the shop on Lövőház Street a couple of weeks ago. The seller's style was below criticism. We tried to ask him for information about the carrier shawls but it was even hard to show the offer. I’d rather not talk about what faces he cut when we asked some questions. (we’re waiting for our first baby, we’re not so home yet on the subject) We went to the store with high expectations, we heard so much good about the products, but that experience completely distracted us from buying anything in the store.

Very good quality mama jacket! We have tried all the media with them and you just have to find the right one for your age, they are helpful in person and you can find all the info on the website so it went easily. I was extremely satisfied with all the products, a demanding Hungarian brand!

I accidentally noticed several minor tears and wear on the bottom of my mama coat I bought last year. I wrote to customer service where I got the answer that it was obviously stuck somewhere and so it broke out. I wrote to a group of baby carriers to see if anyone else had done so, and it soon became clear that several of them had such a jacket. Eventually, five of us wrote to customer service where, in an interesting way, they really thought it was the wear that caused the tears. According to them, this is a natural part of the use. This is quite interesting for me in the case of a HUF 68,990 jacket, in addition, two of us had barely 2 or 3 months (!!!) of jackets. The reason for the wear was that we pulled the rubber below too tight. I e.g. I only used the rubber in the cold, not pulling it tight, and one of the five girls didn't even pull it. The question that arises in me is, if this is caused by the retraction of the lower tire, then why is rubber being placed there? Therefore, according to their website, "By pulling on the rubber cords at the bottom of the jacket, you can also close the jacket from below to prevent cold from entering." So even if we pulled on the rubber, we used the jacket for its intended purpose, it was still worn out, but it was still our fault. It’s worth thinking about whether you want to spend that much money on a jacket that breaks off after just two months and that’s natural, according to customer service.
