★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for three nights when I was in Budapest. I like the hostel a lot because it felt a little like being home versus being in a hostel. There is no front desk but the staff is always there(but they may step out for a bit). I think I booked a eight bed dorm but got a four bed room, so a little more privacy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I think it's a great deal for the price. It's a little difficult to see at first and you could walk right pass. You also have to be buzzed in which can be a little confusing if you are not used to the system. Overall I liked the place and I would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is near to Budapest Kaleti station, Just 5 mins walk and on main street. Caretaker was nice and responsive and explained me city on map as well.
Well, I won't suggest this for a traveller because at the end of the day, you need some privacy and nice sleep which you won't find here. See attached pics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this hostel for three reasons:
1) It's close to everywhere. I could easily reach any part of the city as the metro station was a few meters away.
2) It's quite cheap. I stayed there for 2 whole weeks and I only payed about 50 euros. Thanks to this is that I could enjoy more the city attractions.
3) I could share with different people from all over the world. In my case I could see people from Italy, Peru, Japan, Germany, Portugal and others.
The only things I didn't like much were that some of my roommies were quite unclean and that the hostel doesn't have lockers for your properties. However, the first factor is not something that the accomodation can fix.
Overall, I'd definitely go to this hostel again.
