They were promised 2x to send a quote (it would not have been a small winter) but they failed. Attitude is weak.

Elég gáz hozzáállás...
I ordered from them through the web store. Neither confirmation nor anything. When I called them for information about the order they just promised to check it out and call me back. It hasn't happened since.

completely frivolous ... the customer is treated at the level of the 80's .. Webshop doesn't work, they don't respond to orders placed by email, then they promise by phone, they look it up, of course they don't ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iszonyat gyenge … ne vasaroljatok innen! Megrendeltem a termekeket, melyekre 1 honapot vartam. Telefon nuku, e-mail nuku, honlapon vevolevelre szinten semmi valasz. Mikor mar megrendeled mashonnan a termekeket egyszer csak kapsz egy e-mail-t, hogy a csomagot feladtak, melyet 1 honappal korabban rendeltel meg. Legszivesebben visszakuldenem, de nem az a tipus vagyok. De hangsulyozom, hogy ne rendeljetek innen, inkabb a Colourlock-t hasznaljatok. Rendkivul segitokeszek es van vevoszolgalat, email, telefon, szakerto eladok es webshop.
Terribly weak… Don't buy from here! I ordered the products for which I bought 1 month. Phone nuku, email nuku, website buyer level is no answer. When you order the products from elsewhere, you will receive an e-mail once you have sent the package you ordered 1 month in advance. I'd love to go back, but I'm not the type. But I emphasize that you should not order from here, but rather use Colourlock. They are extremely helpful and have customer service, email, telephone, specialist sales and a webshop.
