Mintha ezek a nagytudású hölgyek soha nem álltak volna az ügyfél oldalon. Aki teheti válasszon másik ügyfélkaput. Az egy csillagot sem érdemlik de csak így fogadja el a rendszer. Amint odaértem fogadtak is egyből, két nagyon kedves és empatikus hölgy 15 perc alatt elintézte az útlevelemet. Soha nem tapasztaltam ilyen egy kormányablakban sem. Másik megye, 1 óra utazás, de mindenképp ide fogok menni legközelebb is!:) I went on a date (I could only book an appointment here) but it was one of the best decisions.
