Huge disappointment for many! Your order could not be completed within a month. The gift voucher issued to the store can only be used for certain products, and the service will be left for you. It is a pity that there is no competition in Győr, I'm sure I would go there.

The staff is always kind, smiling and helpful. If something is out of stock, they order, they will notify you by phone when they arrive. They have their own parking lot and can help with packing heavy things like feeding. I am a regular customer, I only have good experience.

It should be emphasized that they are delivered free of charge under 1 kg and over 15 thousand HUF, which is maximally customer-friendly (this is not typical for most equestrian stores). I sent a product back once (I ordered the wrong one through my own fault), I got my money back in a matter of seconds. If I need something, I’ll definitely check it out with them first.
