Ma 09.38 -kor húztam sorszámot az üzletben. Az automata sorszám szerint 4 ügyfél volt előttem. 10.15 -kor már " csak" 3. Szeretném megtudni mi indokolja ezt a nagyon lassú ügyintézést? A telefonos ügyfél szolgálaton pedig nem automatával és Vandával szeretnék beszélgetni, hanem ügyintézővel. Az is érdekelne még, hogy az internetes felületen miért ennyire bonyolult az egész rendszer? Kezdem úgy érezni mi ügyfelek vagyunk a szolgáltatóért és nem fordítva.

Lehetetlen az időpontkérés. Millió kérdéssel ostromolnak előzőleg. Idős ügyfelek részére egyáltalán nem ajánlom! Sziveskedjenek leegyszerűsíteni ezt a feladatot!
It is impossible to request an appointment. They besiege a million questions beforehand. For elderly customers I do not recommend it at all! Please simplify this task!

Hüha - Ich war am Morgen als einer der ersten Kunden. Im Geschäft arbeiteten 5 Angestellte und bedienten 3 Kunden vor mir. Nachdem sie fertig waren und die Kunden das Geschäft schon lange verlassen hatten, sassen die Angestellten weiter an ihren Plätzen, haben telefoniert oder sich miteinander unterhalten, nachdem ich mit meiner Nummer der nächste gewesen wäre und schon mehr als 30 Minuten gewartet habe, entschied ich mich diesen Zirkus zu beenden und ging. Kundenorientierung ist nicht schwach, sondern fehlt komplett, Kontrolle und Führung durch Management ebenfalls Null! Eine Schande für die Telekom!
Hüha - I was one of the first customers in the morning. There were 5 employees in the shop and 3 customers served in front of me. After they were done and the customers had long left the store, the employees continued to sit at their places, talked on the phone or talked to each other, after I would have been the next with my number and had waited more than 30 minutes, I made up my mind quit this circus and left. Customer orientation is not weak, it is completely absent, control and leadership by management are also zero! A shame for Telekom!

Senki nem volt előttünk, és úgy is várni kellett 10 percet, mert a telefont nyomkodták, az ügyintézés is nagyon lassú volt.

With 3 employees, and 3 people waiting in line, I had to wait 50 minutes to be served. The male employee was at first trying to be funny with me, at my expense. Asking rather personal questions and being very nosy, I had to ask him politely 2 times to please focus on what I want. He was acting like a teenager trying to impress someone else, except the customer. I had the urge to leave immediately, but gave him another chance to act like an employee and properly do his job. In the end I left disappointed, and he was not able to convince me to sign an 11.000 HUF contract, which I wanted in the first place. Such a shame for Telekom to have this store open, with such an employee, masquerading as Telekom's own shop. It's a joke.

Compared to Vodafone a lot more helpful personell who did not constantly ask for residencial card but actually adressed my issues (mostly, there was still a bit of a language barrier but the effort was above and beyond)

The worst Customer service I have ever experienced! When you select English or German on the Kiosk machine it doesn't change the language, its only in Hungarian. Also doesn't print the wait list number, you have to remember your own number. Most annoying thing is that you have to wait considerably too long time to get a service! I had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for my turn even though there were no much people waiting on the queue! The office employees are so rude, not a customer oriented and do not care about your satisfaction! The office employees are surfing on the net instead of calling you for an assistance! I monitored that the office worker who gone to WC after every customer and spent there 15-20 min. on each time. Look at the CSAT rates, I am not the only dissatisfied customer!!! Magyar Telekom " DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR MOSONMAGYAROVAR OFFICE ".
