De elsőként a negativummal kezdem (amit teljesen pozitívan kezeltek később): kis összegű vásárlás, bankkártyás fizetés, de azt nem kínálta fel lehetőségként a rendszer, "csak" a "díjbekérőt".
Ettől függetlenül a telefonos érdeklődésemre gyors, és korrekt választ, illetve a kolléga a rendelés mihamarabbi összekészítését ígérte.
Amit ténylegesen be is tartottak! Ezt köszönöm!
Viszonylag rövid idő múlva telefonon(!) értesítettek, hogy mehetek átvenni a rendelésem.
Nem ehhez vagyok szokva... :-)
Még egyszer köszönöm a gyors teljesítést!
