★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far my experiences with ordering to lumenet were fine, having ordered with them online. However this time I decided to go to the shop to pick up my order. They made you get a ticket through a tablet system, having to enter a bit of information. There were only about 2 other people in the store waiting in the line with me, and yet somehow the wait took almost 10 minutes. This is especially strange, since they already requested each persons information, which makes you think it will speed up the process. Overall, the idea is good, management on the other hand is not the greatest.
