B	Barna Ferenc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hétköznap, déli órákban voltam a helyen. Senki, semmi nem volt, de érdekes, látványos a hely. A játszótér gyermekbarát, biztos élvezik a kicsik. I was there on weekdays, at noon. No one, nothing, but the place is interesting, spectacular. The playground is child friendly, the little ones are sure to enjoy it.

Ahogy már előttünk is írták az ország másik feléből nem érdemes csak ezért ide utazni de ha erre jár az ember akkor kihagyhatatlan. We watched in transit, the kids really liked the watchtower. As we have written before, it is not worth traveling here from the other side of the country just for that, but if you go for it, it is a must.

A bejárat előtt kényelmesen lehet parkolni. Belépőjegy nincs. It’s better to go up because of the view. Information boards are worn and barely legible. But there is silence, the place is spacious. You can park comfortably in front of the entrance. No tickets.
N	Nikoletta Deák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerintem ez Tolna megye szégyene. Elhagyatott, gazos, semmi információ. 330 millió Ft EU-s támogatásból csak egy kicsempézett kerti pottyantós WC-re telt. A bejáratnál lévő információs tábla az egyetlen, de ez is ütött-kopott, alig olvasható. Amúgy a kerten belül is el vannak helyezve fém táblatartók, de egyiken sincs már olvasható írás. A bejárat maximum reprodukció, még a kőfal sem tűnik eredetinek. Rengeteg poloska volta fakapunál. Semmi infó nem jelölte, hogy el kell sétálni a kert végébe, mert ott van a valami, amit érdemes lenne esetleg megnézni. A kert végében van egy kőtábla, ami értelmezhetetlen. Vajon miért nem gondolt arra senki, hogy olyan anyagból kellene készíteni az infós tablákat, amely kibírja az időjárást? Nem értem. De legalább belépőt nem szedtek. I think this is a shame for Tolna County. Abandoned, weedy, no information. Of the HUF 330 million EU support, only one tiled garden flush toilet was spent. Anyway, there are metal sign holders inside the garden, but none of them already have readable writing. The entrance is a maximum reproduction, not even the stone wall seems original. There were plenty of bugs at the wooden gate. There was no info to indicate that you should walk to the end of the garden because there is something you might want to check out. At the end of the garden is a stone tablet, which is incomprehensible. I wonder why no one thought that info boards should be made of a material that can withstand the weather? I do not understand. But at least they didn't take a ticket.

Az eddigi ásatások során a késő római erőd kiterjedését és védműrendszerét sikerült tisztázni. A mai Pakshoz tartozó Dunakömlőd területén, a valamikori Duna-meder fölé magasodó Bottyán-sánc tetején helyezkednek a római katonai település, Lussonium maradványai. Az előkerült leletek alapján (ezeket a Városi Múzeumban állítják ki) valószínűsíthető, hogy a korábbi auxiliáris (segédcsapati) palánktábor is ezen a helyen állt. A kőerőd észak-déli irányú, kiterjedése 249 m, jelenlegi szélessége 30-50 m. A ruin garden depicting the Roman era was established in the area of the Roman military camp Lussonium. Na ott lehet több időt töltöttünk mint a kilátón. Gyerkőcöknek erősen ajánlott program arra felé. We visited the place after sunset. First we went up to look around the lookout area, the evening lights are pretty nice. Then we noticed that there is also a playground there. Well, we may have spent more time there than at the lookout. It is a highly recommended program for children.
