Unfortunately, I fell victim to a faulty manufacturing process, which the company also noticed through me! Remedying the flaws, I managed to get the right quality furniture. I do not recommend it to anyone I ordered a Bovino table with 4 chairs 2 weeks ago just because there were products in stock with 2-5 business days delivery that I would have picked up in person. After a week I received an email that the table had to be ordered from the supplier which is 2-4 WEEKS and a new order number has been given for this product! The chairs are nowhere to be found on the road, no sign of this. You have been "reassured" by phone that you will be guaranteed a full order within 30 days .... The products are equally "available" in the web store with 5-7 working days delivery! Of course, I paid the purchase price immediately at the same time as the order. Overall, misleading, misleading information and information, poor inventory! If I know I'm so bad I can't order from here! I regret not reading the opinions sooner. This is not the first such case ....

I ordered 2 washing machine cabinets with a receipt from Gyáli út at 10 pm on Tuesday night. I already received the notice before 5pm on Thursday that it could be picked up. On Friday afternoon, I rolled there with my little boy and a lovely, smiling lady “handed over” the furniture, drawing my attention to the fact that as soon as I could check the goods item by item, I would speak in case of a problem. Fortunately, the furniture was flawless as well as the whole process, (by the way) it was the cheapest product chosen. THANKS

I do not recommend it to anyone. We ordered bed frames 2.5 weeks ago, the money was transferred immediately because we asked for a personal receipt. They say something different every week. We ordered based on agreed stock over the phone. 1 week on Monday they didn't know when there would be shipping. I called again in 2 days and was told that one of the sizes was out of stock. (What was ordered was paid off after 2 weeks, it was probably sold to someone else) In today's world it is more forgettable that we pay for something, they use our money, but we still don't know about the furniture, we asked for our money back for now that didn't happen either.

I bought a table. After 3-4 weeks, I felt the strength to put it together. I didn't find the screws. I wrote an email late on Thursday. Good Friday, so the next day, at noon, I had the set of screws. They didn’t let me down at Easter, with the hat in front of them and the furniture is great too. :-)

Instead of the promised 5 working days, I was able to pick up the furniture in stock on the 41st day in the "wonderful" packaging shown in the picture. Of course, the product was incomplete, there was no factory packaging, half of the screws belonging to the principle had to be obtained in another store. No assembly instructions were added, which could not be sent even after a telephone inquiry. I received an email informing you that the spare parts will be sent within 60 days .... Service, performance and assistance are scandalous, quality is poor! I also needed to get in touch with consumer protection. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I ordered a cot 1-2 days before the Holidays. On the 27th, I had already received the email from the courier service to be delivered the next day. They were fast, though! from here the situation became complicated. I'm trying to be short. Package damaged during shipping. I would add that it is because of the certified STANDARD and not because of the quality of the product or the delivery. Update: the photos were also sent by e-mail, and the pictures of the damage were also filled in when filling in the complaint form, I suggest that you check it again. I bought 12 nice chairs. After picking up when the courier left I noticed that the legs of a couple of chairs were bent inwards. I called customer service. Take it back at your own expense and replace it. 80 km to transport .. I put up with it. Since November 3, 6 chairs have been broken. I do not recommend to anyone! I think the pictures tell everything! Interesting is always the buyer is to blame!
